Fence reading

Today, I read the climax of the play. Troy admits he's cheating his wife with another women, even after Bono tells him not to continue the relationship with another women. I think Rose has every right to be mad with Troy because a marriage, both people need to help each other, but some sacrifices are made to be with that person. Rose sacrifices her time (years) staying with Troy. Yes, Troy is a hard working man and doesn't rest either, but that doesn't give him the obligation to cheat on his wife just to finally "relax". Today, I get to go home!

The American Dream

Today we filled out a chart how the descisions the characters made had an affect on their future/dreams.

After reading The Tyger by William Blake, take a moment to reflect on the idea of creation. What do you believe is the most beautiful creation in the world—natural or man-made—and why? Describe it in detail and explain what makes it so awe-inspiring to you

I think the most beautiful thing in the world is the ocean. It really beautiful to what it may seem as just water but the ocean carries life. Sometimes simple things like water, we tend to be grateful for it. I remember the first time I went to the beach, I immediately fell in love with it. The small fish by the shore, the seashells in the sand, and the seagulls flying above my head. In the night small crabs come out, it was a little scary to me, but I realized not only fish live in the water but also those that get around by crawling. Today we read over a new poem called The Tiger which is the sepaker admiring the creation of the tiger. Today I feel ok and have to study for my calc test that I have tomorrow.
