Prompt: Write about a place you never wanted to leave.
I was about 8 years old and was in a. family vacation in Florida. It was my first time to ever see the beach and did not want to leave. I loved the way the beach gave a breeze with each wave and how soft the sand was on my feet. I made my first sand castle and decorated it with seashells and even put a small crab on top of it to as a final touch. It was truly a place I didn't want to leave.
Summary: Today, we learned about the deeper meaning of why Indian people eat with their hands and do a slight wobble with their head to one another.
Reflection: With this lesson I got a better understanding why someone these gestures are important to the Indian culture. Since it is something I am not used to seeing or hearing of I was confused why they would eat with their hands or wobble their heads when talking to another person.
