Write about a fear you have overcome.

Prompt Response: A fear I've overcome is trying. One thing I am scared of most is failure, but it prevents me from trying other things or harder-level subjects. I always end up doubting whether or not I can do something. But, a person was able to encourage me to take a chem class in dual, and I made sure to try my hardest when tests were coming up and to complete my work.

Summary: we continued to create the 2-minute video.

Reflection: Throughout the presentation, we were able to create clips and choose the science that best describe the letter we were given. Creating colors, times, and quotes will help others understand what is happening in the letter and feel what the character in the story is going through.

The American Dream

Today we filled out a chart how the descisions the characters made had an affect on their future/dreams.

After reading The Tyger by William Blake, take a moment to reflect on the idea of creation. What do you believe is the most beautiful creation in the world—natural or man-made—and why? Describe it in detail and explain what makes it so awe-inspiring to you

I think the most beautiful thing in the world is the ocean. It really beautiful to what it may seem as just water but the ocean carries life. Sometimes simple things like water, we tend to be grateful for it. I remember the first time I went to the beach, I immediately fell in love with it. The small fish by the shore, the seashells in the sand, and the seagulls flying above my head. In the night small crabs come out, it was a little scary to me, but I realized not only fish live in the water but also those that get around by crawling. Today we read over a new poem called The Tiger which is the sepaker admiring the creation of the tiger. Today I feel ok and have to study for my calc test that I have tomorrow.
