Write about something that you heard that you wish you could unhear.

Prompt Response: My connection with a friend began to grow apart as time went by. I didn't know why, but something seemed off. Maybe we were growing tired of one another. I then began to distance myself from them because maybe they might have not cared for me as a friend anymore. I don't know. It wasn't until I brought it up and said why are they acting this way. They proceeded to say "yours weren't enough". I didn't know what they meant by that. I processed those words as they just didn't like me in the way it was before, but that's ok. I have to understand unfortunately you can't keep those you love close all the time and only trying won't bring them any closer or receive what you want from them.

Summary: Today, we did a reflection on our semester.

Reflection: It's good to have a moment and think both how we are doing in our lives. So far, this week has been stressful atlest on my end. Virtual learning this week only made me have flashbacks of COVID with the virtual work. But I would say this week was somewhat of a break from people and truly reflect and pause for a second and think for myself on what can i do better for others and myself.

The American Dream

Today we filled out a chart how the descisions the characters made had an affect on their future/dreams.

After reading The Tyger by William Blake, take a moment to reflect on the idea of creation. What do you believe is the most beautiful creation in the world—natural or man-made—and why? Describe it in detail and explain what makes it so awe-inspiring to you

I think the most beautiful thing in the world is the ocean. It really beautiful to what it may seem as just water but the ocean carries life. Sometimes simple things like water, we tend to be grateful for it. I remember the first time I went to the beach, I immediately fell in love with it. The small fish by the shore, the seashells in the sand, and the seagulls flying above my head. In the night small crabs come out, it was a little scary to me, but I realized not only fish live in the water but also those that get around by crawling. Today we read over a new poem called The Tiger which is the sepaker admiring the creation of the tiger. Today I feel ok and have to study for my calc test that I have tomorrow.
