When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?
Whenever I am in a mood that I don't like I try to distract myself. Usually, I paint or draw at home, but if I'm at school, work and class, it helps me forget what I am mad or sad about. In class, we started a virtual mood board to represent the feelings the narrator was going through throughout the story. Today, I feel tired than usual and I was getting annoyed by how slow the wifi was and I couldn't generate many ai photos for the visual board.
